As a new property of Eden Companies, we plan to make substantial changes as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will see Eden Construction working on sight. Soon, you may see new signage around the property and eventually common-area upgrades, property-wide updates and improvements, interior renovations and the like. Some of these renovations will be in-depth and could be loud, disruptive and messy. We do our absolute best to stay organized, clean and well-scheduled to minimize disruption. We are excited to make these investments to provide our residents with a wonderful place to call home.
